Exchanges and Return Policy

This Exchanges & Returns Policy applies only to products purchased from www.hfjouney.com 

Products purchased on Clearance sale are applicable for exchange only. 
Orders placed during our Sale period are not eligible for returns. However, if you have a size issue or receive a defective or damaged product, we will assist you with an exchange, subject to size availability.

For returns and exchange, you should contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery. Post that, we can not offer you a return or exchange.

Do not ship the products to be exchanged or returned on your own without us authorizing the same as we may not be able to process such exchanges or returns.

Products sold under the sale of 50% and above are not applicable for Return. Only Exchange is applicable.

Kindly do not accept the package from the courier delivery personnel if the packaging looks damaged

A handling charge of Rs.300 will be charged on return after 10 days from date of delivery. 

Returns:

We ensure that all exchange requests made within 48 hrs for wrong/defective products are dealt with utmost efficiency. However any request for exchange for the aforementioned cases post 48 hours is subject to denial.

For returns, you should contact us within 10 days from the date of delivery. Post that, we can not offer you a return.

To accept your return, the products must be unused and in the same condition as you received it with the original packaging.

To request a return, write to us on care@hfjourney.com with reason and photos of the product. Our team will get in touch with you and initiate the process.

Once the product reaches our warehouse, our team will check the product condition and update the status. We hold all the right to accept or reject the product after the audit. If the product is rejected, the products will be shipped back to the customer at his own cost.

Exchange:

If there is any size issue, manufacturing defects please write to us on care@hfjourney.com

For any exchange, you may contact us within 48 hours from delivery. Reverse pick up will be arranged by us with our logistics partner.

All our products are delivered after 100% quality check, Still there could be a chance of human error while processing or manufacturing defects.

In that case, We will take the full responsibility and handle it without any handling charge.

Refund:

In case of online paid orders, the amount will be credited in the original mode of payment (Credit card, Debit card, wallet, etc.), after the approval, the refund will be initiated within 2 working days.

In case of COD (Cash On Delivery) orders returns, COD charges will not be refunded.

Refund is not applicable on gift cards, Gift Boxes, Freebies.
